I could not access my Skype credit! How Microsoft going to compensate/reimburse?

    Hi,

    Please check your Skype Dial Pad and see if you can access it. If not, it is possible that your Skype credit needs to be reactivated.

    1. Sign in to your account
    2. Select Reactivate Credit.
    3. Then access the Skype Dial Pad

    Unfortunately, Skype credit cannot be refunded.
