how do i add other users to my family plan?

When I signed up for the microsoft family plan I sent emails out to two family members to also sign up under my plan. Neither of the individuals followed up with signing up from this email. They now cannot find the emails and want to sign up under my plan. How do I go about getting them both signed up under my microsoft family plan?

    Please note that your family member should accept the invitation within 48 hours. If the invitation has expired, you (Organizer) will have to send a new invite again.

    Go to https://account.microsoft.com/services/office/sharing and sign in with your Microsoft account that has the family subscription.

    Choose how you would like to Share the invite (via email or create a link and share them via text message)

    Ask them to accept the invite within 48 Hours.
