I changed my language from French to English and it's still shows me French in settings and control panel.....

Hello i have just bought my new pc and the language that was setup in is French (it's second hand) so i went to language and region and downloaded english and checked every box including the one that says use as display language and i placed on top and restarted my pc, i still have french in setting and when i go to fille explorer and when i right click on the desktop and am having a hard time using my pc, specially using settings it's such problem and i did try some other things like the administrative language settings trick and they all did not work soo please please i need help am having such a hard time, and thank you.

Please try these methods to see if they help:

Press Windows + R, type Control and hit Ok.

Click Clock and Region > Select Region > Administrative tab

Click change system locale.

Select Change System Locale in the "Language for non-Unicode programs" section.

Choose the same language as the system language from the drop-down list.

Next, press Windows + R, type Control and hit Ok.

Click Clock and Region > Select Region > Administrative tab

On the Administrative tab click the copy settings button

Check 'Welcome screen and system accounts' and New user accounts

Hit OK then restart your computer.
