Gray box on my screen and I can not get it off Ive restarted mulitple times

    2. Restart Windows Explorer
      • Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc to open Task Manager.
        • Find Windows Explorer under the Processes tab.
          • Right-click and select Restart.

            • Open Device Manager.
              • Expand Display adapters, right-click your graphics card, and choose Update driver.
    3. Run System File Checker
      • Open Command Prompt as Administrator.
      • Type sfc /scannow and press Enter.
    4. Check for Windows Updates
      • Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and install any pending updates.
