A PostgreSQL Flexible Server was configured in the portal but failed during provisioning with the error "The resource operation completed with terminal provisioning state 'Failed'." It is now stuck in a failed provisioning state. The server does not appear in the output of az postgres flexible list, and accessing the Overview page in the portal results in the error "Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'createdAt')". The option to delete the server is not available. What steps can be taken to remove this stranded resource?

    Hello Daniel Colgrove

Initially, you were able to view the Azure database for PostgreSQL flexible server in the azure portal, which was not created with provision failed error.

As informed, we did ARM cache refresh from the backend and now you cannot see the Server in the portal.
