As Stefan suggested, you can refer to his link and review the section titled Unassign licenses by using the Licenses page to exclude licenses for the two employees who are no longer with the organization.
Alternatively, you can manually remove the licenses by going to Users > Active Users, then using the search box to find the accounts associated with those employees. Once you’ve located the correct account, click on it, go to the Licenses and Apps tab, and simply untick the licenses assigned to that user. Don’t forget to click Save changes to apply the update.
