A family of Microsoft word processing software products for creating web, email, and print documents.
Hello @ECEM KIRAZ
Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.
You're absolutely right, the Word app for iPad does not support editing or removing the "Hidden" text formatting. This feature is only available in the full desktop versions of Word (Windows or macOS), where you can access the Font dialog box to change the hidden attribute.
However, you can view hidden text that was previously formatted as such by using the Show/Hide Paragraph Marks (¶) feature:
- On the Word ribbon, go to the Home tab.
- Look for the Paragraph Marks icon.
- Tap the ¶ icon to turn it ON.
Result: When this feature is activated, all hidden text in the document will become visible on your screen. When you tap the ¶ icon again to turn it OFF, the text will be hidden once more.

I hope this helps clarify the situation. Please let me know if you need assistance accessing Word on a desktop or have any other questions.
