I paid for my Microsoft 365 subscription via Google Play on August 2, 2025, and Google confirms the payment was successfully processed, but Microsoft claims they never received it, and I cannot access my subscription. Despite contacting both Google Play and Microsoft, the developer is unresponsive, and I am left paying for a service I cannot use. This appears to be a coordination failure between Google and Microsoft, and I need guidance on how to either access my active subscription or reply from the app developer.

Log into your Microsoft account on this link, do you find an active Microsoft 365 subscription on your account and if so, is the expiry date correct for your subscription.
I paid for my Microsoft 365 subscription via Google Play on August 2, and Google confirms the payment was successful. I also had a second subscription on another account, which I canceled and which Google shows as canceled. However, this cancellation appears to have inadvertently affected my main subscription, changing its status and expiry date, leaving me unable to access the service I paid for. I need guidance on how to restore my active subscription properly.

Click 'Get Home Support'.
In the box provided, type billing.
Press Enter, then on the next page, scroll down and click 'Sign in to Contact Support'.
Navigate to Microsoft 365 and Office - Manage my Subscription.
Select the 'Chat with support agent in web browser' option

Did you try this method to contact Microsoft Support, because they are the only ones that can resolve a problem with a Microsoft 365 subscription.
