Hello, thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.
If you're not a parent, guardian, or organizer of the family safety group, you cannot disable family safety features for a child account. Only the family organizer who provided consent for the child account can remove these permissions.
- Go to https://account.microsoft.com/family/home and sign in with the Parent/guardian account.
- Select the child account and select Manage consent or select Content Filters.
- To disable web and search filters, turn the __Filter inappropriate websites and searches __toggle off.
- You will then be able to access all the websites.
