Dear @friisnaa,
Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A forum.
If you are unable to leave the organization or any associated channels, you can follow these instructions to remove yourself from an organization:
- Go to https://myapps.microsoft.com and sign in using the account that was added as a guest.
- Once signed in, click your profile picture in the top-right corner and select View account.

- You’ll be redirected to the My Account portal.
- In the left-hand navigation menu, click Organizations, then select Leave next to the organization you want to exit.

- Confirm your choice. Please note that it may take a few days for the change to reflect in Microsoft Teams.
Note: As a guest in Microsoft Teams, your access and permissions are managed by the host organization's settings. If the organization has restricted guest capabilities, you might not see options like “Leave the organization” or “Leave”.
When self-service removal is disabled, guest users cannot remove themselves. In that case, you’ll need to contact the organization’s IT administrator and request that they manually remove your guest account from their side.
If you need any additional help or have further questions, please feel free to get in touch and I’ll be glad to assist.
Thank you very much for your understanding and your cooperation.
