4.There may be a mismatch between your Microsoft for Startups enrollment and the Azure account you're trying to redeem credits on.

Eligibility requirements

To qualify for the $1,000 startup credit offer:

• You must be a new Azure customer with no prior Azure account.
• You must sign in using a valid personal Microsoft Account (MSA).
• You must be in a country/region where this Azure offer is available.

I’ve carefully reviewed each of the criteria you mentioned, and here’s my current situation for clarity:

1. Startup Profile Verification: It has been over 24 hours since I completed the sign-up process through the (portal.startups.microsoft.com), and my profile is now active. However, I’m still seeing the message "You're not eligible for Microsoft Azure Sponsorship" when attempting to redeem the $1,000 Azure credits.
2. Prior Sponsorship Credits: This is a brand-new personal Microsoft account created specifically for this purpose. I have never used Azure before, nor have I claimed any Azure credits or trials in the past.
3. Region & Eligibility: I am based in Pakistan. From the Founders Hub website, I understand that the program is open to startups globally, including Pakistan. I did not encounter any region-block during registration, and my account was successfully enrolled. However, during the redemption flow, no questions about my business type, startup stage, or product were asked — only personal details and payment verification (though no actual charge is made). This makes me wonder: → Is there a pending manual verification step for startups from certain regions? → Or could Pakistan be excluded from the Azure sponsorship portion, even if it's allowed in Founders Hub?

Account Mismatch: I signed up for Founders Hub using a personal Microsoft Account (a Gmail address registered as a Microsoft personal account: ******@gmail.com). I am logging into both Founders Hub and the Azure portal with the same account. Could you please clarify what kind of mismatch might still occur in this case? For example:

• Should I create a separate Azure AD tenant first?
  • Or link my startup to an organization account even though I’m an early solo founder?

I would really appreciate your help in resolving this, as access to Azure credits is crucial for our early-stage development.
