I cannot log into my computer at home because it uses an email address from my old job that I can't access. I need the ******@linexoffranklin.net to be changed to my new account ******@gmail.com. How do I do this?

Thanks,

  Andy

    Hello @Andy Karlon
Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A and informed us about the issue. Based on your report, I understand this must be very troublesome since your old email address can't be accessed anymore to login to your home PC. In order to tackle with this issue, please follow these methods:

    1. Try to login with different method:

    • Have you tried login using Windows hello PIN?
    • If you have other account with administrator rights, please try with that account to log in

    2. Reset password:

    • Go to Microsoft Account Recovery
    • Fill in with your old account email address and follow the prompt, when asked for recovery option, please click 'I don't have any of these" then another form will pop up, please fill in with as much information as possible
