How do I call landlines and mobile phones using Teams Free?

I see in the introduction page that calls can be made from Teams Free but there is no information on how to do that.

Where do I look?

    Teams Free personal account does not provide the option to make phone calls. This feature is only available with the paid Business account and additional phone licence.

    However, if you have migrated to Teams from Skype and still have some remaining Skype credit or an active calling subscription, then you can make phone calls using the Skype Dial Pad site on the Web.

    You start a chat with someone. Then click on call.

    note: the person you are calling must have accepted a team invite from you.
