Hi I am getting team emails is their a way to prevent this

You should be able to turn off email notifications in the Teams settings. In Teams, go to the three dots at the upper right > Settings > Notifications and activity.

I have already tried all of this and it still sends me emails

Further to Craig's answer. The specific setting is Missed Activity Emails. By default mine was set to "As Soon As Possible" and I was getting contant email notifications. Now I have it set to Off.
I have already done all of this and still receive the emails
