Unable to login to Microsoft Advertising after work email moved to Office 365

Our company moved emails to Office 365 with Entra ID platform about a week ago,
Now I get an error when trying to login to Microsoft Advertising platform, contacting Ad support they say our IT department can make changes to allow the email to access ads but there is little to no documentation on how to do this. As I am the super admin on the account their is no other user who can update or amend any settings on Ads
Tried adding Bing Ads as an Enterprise App on Entra ID admin centre but that doesn't work. I get little results when searching for a resolution online.
Anyone else had this happen and how do we resolve?
