Why is OneNote not syncing changes (renamed or deleted workspaces) between Windows and Android?

Hello Microsoft Team,

I'm facing several issues with OneNote sync and UI consistency between my Windows laptop and Android app:

I created and later deleted a workspace on my Windows app, but it still shows up on the Android app. Why is it not removed from there too?

I renamed a workspace in the Windows app, but the Android app still displays the old name. Shouldn't the sync reflect such changes automatically?

The mobile app interface is very basic—subpages are not visually distinguishable from main pages, making navigation confusing.

I’ve already left other note apps expecting better from Microsoft, but these issues are disappointing.

I also noticed many users raising similar complaints in Play Store reviews. Is there any fix or improvement planned for this?
