Thank you. I really appreciate your help.

However, Sway has now started working for me again, with no obvious change or reason. This inability to gain access to Sway for a few days, seems to happen from time to time. It’s very frustrating, and yet there seems to be no obvious explanation.

Nevertheless, I’m grateful that my access now has been restored.

    Kind regards

    Warren

Thanks, Warren, that helps a bit.

    Maybe it is your DNS.

Could you try accessing the same on iPhone on a different network like 4G?

Thank you for that feedback … and I’ll try that tomorrow. But I’ve tried two separate browsers on my Mac, another on my iPhone without any success … and my wife has also been unable to access these links from her iPad.

So in that context, how can cookies on my Mac really be the problem?

    Kind regards

    Warren

    Hi Bruce,

I'm Sumit, here to answer your query at the Microsoft Community.

Apologies for any inconvenience you are experiencing. I am happy to help you today.

There are no widespread issues with Sway.

On the webpage, click the Lock icon on the browser's address bar on the left.

    Click Cookies.

On the popup that opens, remove all cookies one by one, by selecting each cookie and remove the same.

Reload the page and sign in again using the credentials.

I look forward to your reply and am ready to collaborate until we reach a resolution. Best of luck!
