When attempting to log into any microsoft applications on my phone I am getting a misconfiguration alert due to having another account on my device. I verified that none of my apps have that account listed at all anywhere within the app. Yet I still get the error. I worked with my IT department who said there was nothing they were able to do. I have deleted and redownloaded all apps, closed them down, restarted phone. I am out of ideas and need to have access to teams and my email. Please Help!

    Dear Erin,

I really appreciate you taking the time to respond. I sincerely apologize for any miscommunication earlier.

To contact Microsoft Intune Support directly, you’ll need to work with your organization’s IT Administrator.
Only your IT admin has the necessary permissions to access the support links and create a support ticket following the steps I previously shared.

I sincerely apologize once again for any confusion caused earlier. I truly hope your issue will be resolved as quickly as possible.

To help ensure a smooth support process, please feel free to share the Support Ticket Tracker ID with me via private message. This will allow me to monitor the case and help escalate it if needed.****

To protect forum policies and sensitive information, please share the information requested in the "View Direct Messages" section above.

Here are the steps to open View Private Messages:

To view private email options, sign in to Microsoft Community> use the email account that posted this thread information to Microsoft Community> > click Profile in the upper-right corner, and then select My Profile.

Thank you again for your patience and understanding, it means a lot to us.

    Sincerely,

Ruby-N- MSFT | Microsoft Community Support Specialist.

Thank you for your response. Unfortunately, when I go to the troubleshooting page as directed and click on any of the options, it says I don't have permission to access.

    Dear Erin,

I hope you have a good day. Thanks for choosing Microsoft Community.

We're sorry to hear that you're experiencing this issue. Based on your description, I'd like to offer the following insights and recommendations to help address the issue.

Based on the symptoms you're experiencing, it's possible that the issue is related to a conflict within Microsoft Intune policies or device management settings.

Microsoft Intune is often used by organizations to enforce security and access policies on mobile devices. If your previous organization had enrolled your device in Intune, some residual configurations may still be affecting how Microsoft Teams behaves

We sincerely recommend you try to coordinate with your admin account to create a support ticket in the Intune admin center. The support team over there has more resources and correct escalation channel in handling this kind of issue. This would be a more efficient way in handling the case for you. You can raise support ticket from https://intune.microsoft.com

    • Go to Troubleshooting + support or another node in the admin center and select Help and support to open a full screen experience of Help and support.

Hopefully, this solution can help you solve the issue. Please know that we truly appreciate your patience and understanding as we strive to support you. If you need any further help or clarification, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are here to help. Thank you very much for your understanding and cooperation.

    Best regards,

Ruby-N- MSFT | Microsoft Community Support Specialist.
