I cannot access my main account because I accidentally put the password in wrong too many times. I then tried to reset my password, and it asked to use an authenticator app. I do not have the authenticator set up on my new iphone, because I forgot I had to set it up again with the new phone. So I then got the code sent to my email address and initiated a new password then. But, to make the password change, I then had to use a different method for authentication. So I used my phone number, but it states that the phone number cannot be used right now. This has been going on for numerous days. I then tried to use the recover account form, but Microsoft generated an automatic email that says it can't be used for accounts with two factor authentication enabled. So I tried to call a help line which told me to go to online to get help. But to get help I need to sign into my account. I tried to call back and it wouldn't give me any options, said I can only use online help. So at this point I don't know how I can get back into my account if I cannot talk with someone. Is there any way I can actually get someone on the phone??

To contact Microsoft support, you have to be able to sign in. If you click, can’t sign in, then it takes you through all the exact same steps. There’s no way I can find to actually talk to someone without being able to sign in. This customer service is the worst I’ve seen.
