How can I speak to rep to reset business password to access email? I can’t reset and says I am not administrator

Hi

I can not access emails or reset password. Says I am not administrator

I can not reach person on the phone.

    The local Office admin in your organization should be able to manage accounts. The admin can contact Microsoft business support, if necessary (see https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/customer-service-phone-numbers-c0389ade-5640-e588-8b0e-28de8afeb3f2).
