    Dear Mody El Rouby,

Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. I am happy to help you

First of all, please try to visit the Office portal, log in to your account and click OneNoteto see if your notebook exists in OneNote on the web side. Make sure that the data in OneNote on the web side is complete. If it is incomplete, you can copy and paste the content into the web side application manually.

If you confirm that the data on the web side is complete, please try to open it directly in the client first to see if you still need to log in:

If you still need to log in after opening the file in this way, I would like to confirm whether you have enabled VPN or network proxy. If you have enabled such Settings, please temporarily turn them off to check the result.

If you're still having this problem, I'd like to make sure you can log in to another Office app. For example, Word.

I look forward to your reply. Thanks for your cooperation.

    Sincerely,

    Tin | Microsoft Community Moderator
