Microsoft Authenticator stopped working

I got a new phone , Microsoft Authenticator stopped working , on the website when I logged in to the account it asked me to open the authenticator and enter the code shown on the website but app itself is not opening , on the app there is an option to scan QR code but where do I scan it from , when I click on the website it keeps asking me to enter the code into the authenticator App .

    Hello Rosh21, Good day. Thanks for posting in the Microsoft Community.   

    May I confirm if you have another authentication method like text code to your phone number?

    If you do, you can click on Sign in another way when it asks for authenticator code.If you do not, may I confirm if you are admin of your tenant, if you are not, you can contact your admin to help you reset authenticator in your new phone.
