Powerpoint on iPad will get stuck after copy/paste and edit a shape

Hello team,

Recently I noticed an issue on my iPad when I was using powerpoint.

the problem is powerpoint will get stuck/freeze after I copy/paste a shape and edit it.

I tried to re-install powerpoint but it doesn't work, the issue is still on.

Powerpoint version: 2.96.25042516

Microsoft 365 and Office | PowerPoint | For business | iOS

    Also, please check if there are any pending software updates on your device. Keeping your iPad up to date can help resolve unexpected app behavior.

    If the issue continues after updating, it may be necessary to clear the PowerPoint app cache. You can do this by following the steps below:

    • Go to Settings > General > iPad Storage.
    • Scroll down and tap PowerPoint.
    • Tap Offload App.
    • Once offloaded, tap Reinstall App.
