Based on the screenshot you shared, it seems like you're using an iOS device. This appears to be a temporary issue on Microsoft’s side. According to reports from other users, Sway presentations are currently accessible on Android, Windows, and macOS, but not on iOS devices, regardless of the browser used.
You may want to wait about 24 hours and try accessing the Sway again, as the Sway team is likely already working on a fix behind the scenes.
If the issue persists after that, I recommend submitting feedback through the Microsoft Feedback Portal****. This helps the product team track and prioritize issues that affect multiple users.
