Assistance Needed Regarding Installation Issue

Dear Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I’m encountering an issue while attempting to install a package. The system displays the following error message:

“There are no products affected by this package installed on this system.”

Here is a brief summary of the problem:

  • I attempted to install [მიუთითე კონკრეტული ფაილის ან პროგრამის სახელი, напр. Office update KBXXXXXX].
  • My system configuration is: Windows [ვერსია], [32-ბიტი ან 64-ბიტი].
  • I’ve already tried [მიუთითე რა ნაბიჯები გადადგი, напр. restarted the system, verified the file, ran as administrator].

Could you please assist me in understanding the cause of this error and guide me on how to resolve it?

I’d be grateful for any advice or suggestions.
