OneDrive App on iPad Pro not synching

I have been using OneDrive on my Thinkpad laptop with no issues. Recently I purchased an iPad Pro and downloaded the OneDrive App. I see some of my folders and files from 2024, but newer content is not synching. I also noted that my folders and files on my Thinkpad laptop are not synching to my online OneDrive.live.com account. I have tried all options explained online but have not been able to resolve the issue. Please advise how to proceed.

I understand the issue you are facing with OneDrive on your iPad Pro and Thinkpad laptop. To troubleshoot the syncing problem, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your internet connection on both devices to ensure they are connected.
  2. Update the OneDrive app on your iPad Pro to the latest version from the App Store.
  3. Sign out of the OneDrive app on both devices and then sign back in.
  4. Make sure that the files you are trying to sync are not open or in use on any device.
  5. Check the storage space on your OneDrive account to ensure it is not full.
  6. Restart both devices and then try syncing again.
