Thank you for reaching out.

According to our tests and research, you need to use the Edge browser on a Windows computer to download content from the Purview portal. Please tryperforming the same task using the Edge browser on a Windows computer and check if you encounter the same error.

Also, keep in mind that there are a few limitations. You may want to review these limitation parameters
