    Dear Kareem,

We are glad to help you and we hope that the issue can be got fixed as soon as possible.

May I know whether the issue happened suddenly? If yes, what did you do before the issue happened?

From the title, it seems that no network error pops up. If yes, could you change a network environment such as change a wi-fi to see and let us know the result? If it is convenient, some related screenshots of the issue are appreciated.

Note: Remove any private information before uploading the screenshots.

What account do you log into the Office apps? If the issue happens when you log in with a work or school account (@contoso.com/@contoso.onmicrosoft.com), can you log into the Office apps with the personal account (******@outlook.com)?

About "I get the same error message whether its outlook, word, or Microsoft 365.", do you mean that the issue also happens when you log into Office for the web with your account with the browser on the mobile?

Moreover, please provide the version number of the Office app and the mobile phone for our reference.

Welcome to share any updates at your convenience.

Thank you for your time and effort.

    Sincerely

    Cliff | Microsoft Community Moderator
