Issue with Android compliance policies

Hello, having a issue with Android compliance policy in Intune. Tried few different devices all with Android 14 version, same thing occurs. I started with configuration policy and then compliance policy. When we tried to apply to android devices, there is message that compliance policies haven't been assigned to a device. When pressing "confirm device settings" it all brigs us back to same thing - compliance policies haven't been assigned. We tried assigning policy to device and user separately and together but in all cases did not work. Please any suggestions.

Thank You

    Hi,

We have received 2504, and the issues persist.

Currently waiting for a response back from MS.

Not great when you have several projects to bring in 500+ devices.

Hopefully, this gets resolved very soon.

MS has applied a fix in the recent 2504 service release which was supposed to mitigate the issue with no policies, configs, etc. being pushed to random devices after the enrollment. We are monitoring the situation, so far, no new cases have occurred.

    Hi Igor,

I am experiencing similar issues. Mine have been occurring over the past few months, and I am currently receiving support from MS.

There doesn't seem to be a fix apart from waiting a vast amount of days/weeks, which isn't acceptable.

Please let me know if you get a solution.

    Thanks

Hi, we are having the same issue at least from 21. March 2025. Random Android corporate-owned work profile devices not getting any compliace policies, configs etc. after the enrollment. Intune Europe tenant, various Android versions and manufacturers, so root cause unrelated to devices. Microsoft's PG was attempting a fix which has failed, at least in our case, they advised to remove Filter but regardless of having policies and configs with or without filters, still devices are being impacted (not get any policies pushed, almost all sections for a device in Intune are empty or not evaluated) and completely blocked even for days as no compliance policy = immediately noncompliant device. The only fix so far is MS support asking PG to manually fix impacted devices. No mentions in the Service health and message center.
