Hello, I have a question about the fact that I wanted to get my money back for the subscription, I wanted to cancel it, but I forgot, I'm ready to cancel the subscription and would like to get my money back. Thank you for your attention

    Thank you for your reply. If you cancel your subscription within 30 days of purchase or within 30 days of your initial purchase of your regular subscription, you will receive a refund. Otherwise, you will be charged for the entire subscription period. Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 working days after cancellation.

    To determine if your subscription is eligible for a refund, you must first cancel it. If you are seeking a refund due to an unrecognized charge, you can investigate it on the Manage your payments page of Microsoft account dashboard: Contact - Microsoft Support.

    To cancel your Microsoft 365 Basic, Personal, or Family subscription and request a refund, follow these steps:

    • Visit the Subscriptions page of the Microsoft account used to purchase your subscription: https://account.microsoft.com/services/
    • Locate your subscription and click on Manage.
    • On the subsequent page, select Cancel (or it might say Upgrade or Cancel, depending on your subscription type).
    • Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the cancellation process.
