Is it possible to downgrade the firmware/Teams client on an Audiocodes C435HD handset?

The recent firmware and Teams updates applied to our Audiocodes C435HD handsets has broken the Hotline feature. This is causing significant issues as our help phones are no longer auto-dialling. Is there a way to downgrade these devices to the previous versions?
