Why does it say my account doesn't exist when I try to sign into Microsoft Access.

Whenever I try to sign into Microsoft Access, it says "That Microsoft account doesn't exist. Enter a different account or get a new one." I know this isn't the case because when I use it for things like Microsoft Word, Power point, Excel and other things it works fine. Does anyone know why this is the case?

Most, but not all, MS 365 licences include MS Access. It may be that yours does not. If you open Word and then select Account you should see what yours contains.
