Dear Anjan Adhikari1, Good day!I understand your feelings very well.**I could not find this file in the web, but it shows in Excel 365 app.******If the file is displayed in Excel, it only means that the file has passed, I've also noticed that your local files don't seem to have data. If you've ever uploaded files to OneDrive, here are some suggestions to see if that helps:You can  try restoring your OneDrive to an earlier point in time to see if it helps you get your files back: Restore your OneDrive – Microsoft Support**Note: Restoring OneDrive will affect all files in OneDrive, you can download the files locally to back up first.**At the same time, in order to avoid the recurrence of this kind of situation, if you encounter synchronization problems again, please first go to the web side to check whether the data is successfullySincerely,Tin | Microsoft Community Moderator

Dear Anjan Adhikari1, Good day!Thank you for the screenshot as well as the detailed description.***saved on local folder "Document" on Android mobile.***First, I would like you to ask you to confirm that this file can be found in the "Document" folder. If you can find the file, try to open it. If you can't open this file locally, I noticed that you uploaded the file to OneDrive, so I'd like to ask you to use your browser to make sure you can find this file in OneDrive on the web and open it. You can visit the Office portal, log in to your account and click OneDrive to check it.If the file exists in OneDrive on the web and can be opened, I recommend that you re-download the file locally.****If you can't find your file in OneDrive on the web, please contact me again. I'll investigate further for you.Sincerely,Tin | Microsoft Community Moderator
