I would like to collaborate with a team member on a SWAY newsletter, however I am unsure how to give access to another person to work on the same SWAY.

    Dear Chloe Kite,

    Good day!!

Apologies for the inconvenience caused and please don’t worry, let’s work together on your concern and move towards a resolution path.

I understand your concern and to my knowledge, I would like to convey that we can share the Sway with the other users so that they can collaborate on the shared Sway to make the changes, here are the references:

Sway is now collaborative—create and edit together with others! | Microsoft 365 Blog

Share your Sway - Microsoft Support

Note: Please make sure to share the Sway file using the Edit link instead of View because only Edit link will allow the shared users to edit the content in the shared Sway.

If there is any misunderstanding or confusion, we apologize and request you to share the more detailed information with some screenshots which will help us to better understand and guide you further.

Appreciate your patience and understanding. Have a great day!!

    Best Regards,

    Sophia
