We are sorry to hear that you’re having trouble with recovering a permanently deleted file from OneDrive. I deeply understand the inconvenience caused and apologize for it.
I understand how frustrating this may be, however, could you please try the below methods:
- Could you please Go to the OneDrive website, sign in with your Microsoft account, and click on the “Recycle bin” icon on the left sidebar. If the file is there, select it and click “Restore”.
- After checking the first recycle bin, could you please scroll to the bottom and click “Second-stage recycle bin”. Look for your file and restore it if found.
