how to get access on MacOS?

Microsoft has tried at least twice to deploy "webified" versions of Access. In 2010, they were called Access Web Databases. In 2013, they were called Access Web Apps.

Both attempts ended in complete abandonment of the concept.

In addition, Microsoft has deployed Power Apps as part of the Power Platform in MS 365. They fill the niche one might have expected for a "web version" of a small, limited function relational database application.

It's highly unlikely in this environment that there will be any further attempts to run Access "in a web version", but you do have to have some understanding of the history of Office and Access to realize that.

In addition, as has been noted, running Access on a non-Windows OS is not possible, although you can install a Windows emulator application on your Mac and install Access in that Windows emulator.

I agree with you having the ability to install the Access application on the macOS or use in the web version will benefit the users and I suggest you to add your valuable idea as a feedback in the Access · Community (microsoft.com) which is the best place to share our ideas and improve the Microsoft Products.

If you understood why Access is not available for MacOS, you wouldn't have made that suggestion. The very nature of the Access application is the reason it is a Windows desktop app only.

I understand your concern and to my knowledge, Access and Publisher application which are part of the Office 365 apps are not included in the Mac OS or web version, where the Access and Publisher application is included in the Office apps when it’s installed on the Windows OS.

You won’t be able to install MS Access on your Mac but could consider Parallels Desktop or VMWare Fusion are two virtualization software that can run Windows on Mac.
