I have an old work account which I wish to remove from my iPad. I have successfully removed it from all apps (via the normal method of deleting it from Outlook) apart from Excel, which insists on continuing to try to log me into the old account and will not allow me to delete it or add my new work account. All other 365 apps (including Outlook, Teams etc) are fine. I have tried deleting and reinstalling the Excel app, restarting the iPad, all to no avail. This is a problem on my iPad ONLY (it’s fine on my home Mac and iPhone) and relates to Excel ONLY. When I try to add a new storage account in Excel it allows me to enter the email address associated with the account but then the dialog disappears and does not give me the option of typing in my password.
Any ideas?

You could reset Excel through Settings>Excel>Reset, this will also reset the credentials in your Excel application. After resetting Excel, sign in your new account.
