Microsoft account got hacked and pulled into a family group

I am now on a new microsoft account. My previews microsoft account got hacked and was pulled into a family group. I already changed my password but I still can not login. I think it is because of the family group setting that does not allow me to sign in by my self. I tried to leave the family group to log in but because it is still a minor account, I am not able to leave a family group. I am finding a way to leave a family group on minor account.

I also have a account got deleted by hacker, it is linked to my Minecraft account and it is really valuable for the hacker as well as me. I am not sure if the hacker change the email address or just deleted it directly.

The 2 accounts I say above all got hacked because I revealed my verification code on Discord. I hope I can solve this problem as soon as possible. I will also be more aware to suspicious information online. Thank you.

    Hello,

Thank you for coming to the forum, my name is Fuad.

If your account has been hacked and joined to a family group, and you are a minor. Then you cannot gain access back to the account unless the family group organizer or the one who gives consent to the account in the family group release you.

I am sorry, but you cannot leave a family group with a minor account from your own end.

The second account, which has been taken over. You can try and use the account recovery form to gain access back, but if that fails, I am sorry you may have lost access to that account too.

So advice for the future is to make sure you never give out personal details (codes or password) about your account to anyone and always make sure your accounts have two-step verification setup.

I am sorry again about your accounts, if the above fails.

If there is anything else on this subject you have a question on, do let me know. If not, have a wonderful rest of your day.

    Best Regards Fuad

"microsoft account got hacked and was pulled into a family group." that makes no sense.

Did you purchase some O365 licence type from MS? Did a member of your 'Family' purchase O365 Family on a seperate PC?
