Perdi todas as contas que estavam no autenticador, como recupero?

Todas as minhas contas que estavam no autenticador sumiram e não conseguir recuperar pelo backup. E assim, perdi acesso as minhas redes sociais pois, não tenho o código para entrar, como faço pra ter minhas contas de voltas no autenticador?

    We understand, that you are quite at loss right now. Due to the fact that you have lost access on all of your accounts that was added on your Microsoft authenticator app.

    That is why, we will do our best to provide you with the best possible options that you can try. That might help you recover these missing accounts.

    Common cause:

    Accidental deletion It's possible that you deleted your backup account from your previous device or while managing your cloud storage account. In this situation, you must manually recreate your account within the app.

    For me to better understand the issue, I’d like to ask a few questions:

    • When did this issue occurred?

    • What is the make and model of the device you are currently using?

    • Were you able to turn on the Cloud backup on your device before this issue has occurred?

    • How many accounts have you added on your Microsoft authenticator app that is now currently missing?
