I integrated Flip into Canvas. Now, it will not allow me to sign into Flip via Canvas. login.microsoftonline.com refused to connect. How can I fix this issue?

Because this forum is dedicated to support for "Access", i.e. the Office application used to create relational database applications, most of the members probably do not have a lot of insight into either "Flip" or "Canvas", and hence, wouldn't know where to begin to try to answer your question.

Moreover, this appears to be a problem related to your Microsoft online account. That's where you should start your search for assistance.
