Family Safety iPhone App Not Working

I cannot send feedback via the app. When I open the app on my iPhone 13 ProMax with updated iOS and Apps, it closes within 2-3 seconds. Sometimes the app minimizes and sometimes the app closes completely, none the less I am unable to use the app on my phone. I have used this app for over two years without issue. I have no problems with it in the browser on my computer or on my phone, only on the recently updated app.

    I have researched more and have found that this is ongoing issue with family safety app on iPhone devices and Microsoft users are working to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

    I have already removed the app twice and restarted the phone before reinstalling it.
