Bing Ads: Python GetAccount API fails intermittently

Hi,
I am fetching the currency code for an account passing the account id as a parameter to the GetAccount service operation under CustomerManagementService API using Python SDK v13.
I am getting the following errors intermittently:
- The read operation timed out
- <urlopen error [Errno 0] Error>
- <urlopen error [Errno 104] Connection reset by peer>
- _ssl.c:1074: The handshake operation timed out>
- <urlopen error [Errno -2] Name or service not known>
Can anyone help me out with the same?
