Jim Murray 0 Reputation points2026-05-31T19:21:20.11+00:00 I was getting this same error and tried the help suggestions in 4 or 5 topic replies. I contacted MS support and they checked all my system settings and found nothing wrong.
I was at the stage of trying anything. I turned off Smart App Control and my program installed perfectly.
Turned smart app control back on again and my program still works.
