How do I invite Students to Join a weekly drop-in session using an invite code?

Hi

We are setting up weekly online drop-in session for the students. It is open to all our student and we are a large college, so possible to add them all to the session. We want to be able to provide them with the invite code to join the session if they wish to come and chat with us.

How do I set this up please?

    If you want to have a meeting with a large audience as well as having a Q&A session with them then you may consider a live event feature. It can handle up to 10,000 attendees.

    Hi Daniel

    No we do not want them to book in, just drop-in if they want to. We will have staff in the meeting with whom they can talk to, ask questions etc. It is optional for them.

    I've discussion previously with other users about the drop-in session, what I found he wants the students to be able to book appointments before joining the session.

    Is this the case here?
