You could first access this page and enter your full school name to see if your school has a Microsoft Imagine subscription.

As our forum is mainly focused on Office 365 for Business related questions and issues, if your school doesn't have this subscription or you need further assistance, you may directly go to the site below and click Help button on the top navigation bar for getting professional support.
