Microsoft not showing me my groups chat and calls

I can't see my meets after I closed a recent meeting, before i had the error with "We ran into a problem. Reconecting", now when I enter on groups i have the error with "we weren't able to acces your conversation. The thing is from web app or phone it works but from the microsoft app it shows me this error . Also i saw now that i can't enter on the groups and chats that are Bolded but I can enter on those who are already opened or doesn't have a notification on chat.

    As you described that the issue is specific to your desktop app, and that helps to isolate the issue. The path I shared is desktop app temporary files, and it gets created as soon as your login on MS teams again.

    There are the standard steps that Microsofts suggest to troubleshoot MS teams desktop app client.

    Hi there

    (Note, I am just a regular Teams enthusiast and user, not affiliated with Microsoft Teams)

    I used to get that message quite frequently as well.

    Try using the web browser for Teams (https://teams.microsoft.com/) to see if it works there. If you come across the same problem over there, try disconnecting and reconnecting to your internet again.

    OR, try uninstalling and reinstalling the Teams desktop app as that may help as well.

    Firstly, I would suggest you follow the below basic troubleshooting to avoid common issues due to app cache:

    1. Manually restart the app by right-clicking the icon in your taskbar (Windows) and selecting Quit. After you quit, click the app icon to open it again.
    2. Go to File Explorer, delete any of the files in the following locations:

    • %AppData%\Microsoft\teams\application cache\cache

    • %AppData%\Microsoft\teams\blob_storage

    • %AppData%\Microsoft\teams\databases

    • %AppData%\Microsoft\teams\cache

    • %AppData%\Microsoft\teams\gpucache

    • %AppData%\Microsoft\teams\Indexeddb

    • %AppData%\Microsoft\teams\Local Storage

    • %AppData%\Microsoft\teams\tmp
