    Hi SunielRampadarath,

Thank you for reaching out. My name is Furkaan, a user just like you. I’d be happy to help you with your concerns. Unfortunately, Microsoft Teams itself doesn't offer a direct way to export a list of all classes and students to an Excel file. The export functionality within Teams is currently focused on grades and assignments within a specific class team.

However, there are a couple of workarounds you can consider:

Manually Export from Each Class Team: If you have access to each class team you manage, you can utilise the export function for grades. This won't directly give you a list of students, but it will show class names and potentially student names within the exported grades data. Navigate to the desired class team. Click on the "Grades" tab. In the top right corner, select "Export to Excel". Repeat this process for each class team you want data from. Once you have multiple Excel files, you can then combine them manually in a single spreadsheet. Use Microsoft Graph API (For Developers): This option requires some technical knowledge and using Microsoft Graph API. The API allows programmatic access to various Microsoft services, including Teams data. Through the API, you can potentially retrieve a list of Teams groups (classes) and their members (students). However, this approach involves coding and permissions management, so it's recommended for users comfortable with development tools. Here are some additional resources that might be helpful:
