how can I block people in my organization?

We should have the option to block a member of the same organization. I am being harassed by a team member and this option could help keep this person away from me.

There should really be an option to block someone. I clicked the link to upvote the feature, but there's an error.

I agree with them, there should be an option. A student in my organization and he is saying very rude things

You can't block someone in same organization as replied by Jennifer on top, however my suggestion is to use the option "hide" and "mute".

On the particular chat with the person shown on the left, click on the three dots and you can choose mute and hide.

With "hide" the chat will disappear from your view until new message sent but it will not bother you so much because with "mute" you will not get notifications, . Messages cannot presently be blocked. The only option is to adopt an address book policy in Teams that will only conceal your support email address.
