Is it possible to create a new status in Teams?

I'm looking to personalize my statuses to make them more relevant (and frankly, more me). Instead of Be Right Back, I'd like to use Lunch or Appointment or whatever makes sense at the time. Is that possible or is it a dream?

We totally understand you would like to customize Teams status. This is a design issue.

The workaround is you can setup status messages whatever you want. Like outside for dinner or something. Please kindly check the picture attached and if this is acceptable?
