Syncing Outlook Calendar to Teams

I added an .ics calendar to my outlook (it's and EHR calendar) and it does show when I view my calendar through outlook, but it did not sync to Teams, and I am stuck and don't know where to go from here.

I and my other team members were checking few things, but currently there is not any more specific in-built configuration or automatic setting option available to sync .ics calendar on Teams.

Furthermore, I personally believe this concern requirement should be submitted to product team on Feedback portal so that they can make specific configuration in Teams application. I do understand your concerns about how it can help you be more productive in your daily work schedule, but since it's related Microsoft 365 product services and features development related concern, and your thoughts and suggestions are important and play a vital role in shaping the future of our product. I believe that the related product team can develop some convenient configuration based on customer requests.
